The Hive Circle provides a secure MySQL Data Warehouse to house all client data. The Data Warehouse is elastic and can hold millions of data records and transactions without impacting performance. Data can be imported or extracted via API feeds, SQL, Web Services or via manual import or export.
We provide an API feed which can receive inbound data, identify, sort and process data into organised containers within the Hive Circle platform. The API is fully secure and can facilitate multiple feeds at the same time. The Hive Circle also provides a Control API that allows clients to access the communication platform and data level from remote platforms such as back office CRMs.
